Before therapy begins
Assessment
Understanding your child before anything begins.
Before intervention starts, a BCBA completes an assessment to understand your child.
A functional behavior assessment identifies the factors influencing behaviors or challenges that may need intervention.
A skills assessment looks at your child's strengths and areas of need across communication, social, adaptive, play, motor, executive functioning, and other developmental skills.
Depending on your child, assessment tools may include VB-MAPP, Vineland, Essential for Living, ABLLS-R, PEAK, and AFLS.
Home-based
Home-Based ABA Therapy
Personalized therapy in the comfort of your child's home.
Home-based ABA brings individualized intervention directly into your child's natural environment. Skills are taught and generalized inside daily routines and familiar settings, and challenging behaviors are addressed where they actually occur. Our therapists work closely with families to fold strategies into everyday life.
What this looks like
- Sessions wherever the routine happens
- Mealtimes, bedtime, transitions, sibling play
- Parent coaching inside the session
- Regular BCBA visits and plan reviews
Center-based
Center-Based Services
A focused space designed for learning.
A setting built for concentrated teaching, with fewer distractions and other children to practice alongside. Many families combine center time with home hours.
What this looks like
- Quiet rooms with a predictable setup
- Structured teaching alongside play
- Practice with peers
- One plan across center and home
Parent training
Parent Training
Practical strategies you can use every day.
You're with your child far more than we are, so the plan has to work in your hands. We take the situations you find hardest and practice them together.
What this looks like
- Sessions with your BCBA, in person or by video
- Strategies for the moments you name
- Plain-language explanations, always
- Siblings and grandparents included
Early intervention
Early Intervention
Support during the years that matter most.
For children under five, early hours on communication and play go a long way. Programming stays gentle and play-led, with the family involved from the first session.
What this looks like
- Sessions that follow your child's interests
- Communication, requesting, joint attention
- Short sessions matched to their stamina
- Coordination with speech and OT
Community-based
Community-Based Services
Practicing skills in the real world.
Skills count when they hold up at the store, the park, a birthday party. Community sessions take the plan into those places with a therapist alongside.
What this looks like
- Outings to the places you already go
- Waiting, transitions, safety awareness
- Support pulled back as confidence grows
- A debrief after every session
